By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from bookworm-bliss.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies referenced on the website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order.

Bookworm Bliss is a brand operated by Bullfinch Products LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company.

Bookworm Bliss offers its own products directly to customers through bookworm-bliss.com. These Terms govern use of the website and any order placed through an available checkout, including payment, shipping, returns, refunds, and related customer support.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing, materials, pricing, availability, and other product information.

Actual colors or appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, device displays, manufacturing variations, or other factors.

Product information, specifications, availability, and pricing may be updated when reasonably necessary.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been accepted and paid, except when correction is reasonably necessary because of an obvious pricing, technical, or listing error.

Shipping charges and applicable taxes, if any, are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

Bookworm Bliss may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

• inventory discrepancies
• pricing or product errors
• shipping restrictions
• misuse of the website
• unusually large or suspicious orders

If a paid order is canceled by Bookworm Bliss before merchandise is shipped, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information.

Bookworm Bliss does not require customers to provide complete payment-card details directly to Bookworm Bliss outside the authorized checkout process.

Bookworm Bliss ships to addresses within the United States only.

Available shipping options, estimated delivery information, and shipping charges will be presented during checkout when available.

Orders may be shipped using carriers including USPS and UPS.

Orders are generally processed within approximately 1–2 business days after successful payment.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Carrier transit time begins after the carrier accepts the package. Weekends and holidays may affect processing or carrier timing. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Processing or delivery may occasionally take longer because of holidays, unusually high order volume, severe weather, carrier disruptions, security reviews, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Larger orders may be divided into multiple packages and may receive more than one tracking number.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide an appropriate delay notice, including any revised shipment date and options to consent to the delay or cancel for a refund required by applicable law. If the required consent is not obtained, we will cancel and refund the unshipped merchandise as required by law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Bookworm Bliss is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by Bookworm Bliss.

Eligible products may generally be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the requirements of the Bookworm Bliss Return & Refund Policy.

Returned items must generally be:

• unworn
• unused
• in original condition
• in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference, fit, or change-of-mind returns.

Bookworm Bliss will address reasonable return or replacement shipping costs when an item was sent incorrectly or arrived damaged or defective.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the return results from a Bookworm Bliss error or a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Products may sell out or become unavailable.

Adding a product to the shopping cart does not guarantee availability.

Availability is confirmed through the website's checkout and inventory-reservation process.

Bookworm Bliss may limit purchase quantities when reasonably necessary.

Promotions, coupon codes, discounts, giveaways, or other special offers may include additional terms or expiration dates.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers:

• have no cash value
• may be limited to one use
• may not be combined
• may be modified or discontinued when permitted by law

The Bookworm Bliss name, branding, logos, graphics, website content, original photographs, product designs, written material, and other protected materials are owned by Bullfinch Products LLC or used with appropriate authorization.

No right or license is granted to reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, imitate, publish, or commercially exploit Bookworm Bliss intellectual property without authorization.

You may not use the website to:

• commit fraud or other unlawful activity
• submit fraudulent orders
• interfere with website security
• attempt unauthorized system or account access
• introduce malware or harmful code
• scrape or misuse website or customer information
• impersonate another person
• abuse promotions, refunds, payment systems, or chargebacks
• interfere with the operation of the website or services

Bookworm Bliss may restrict access, cancel transactions, or take other appropriate action when misuse is reasonably suspected.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Customers are encouraged to contact Bookworm Bliss when there is a problem with an order.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, misuse of payment systems, or attempts to obtain merchandise or refunds through deception may result in order cancellation, restrictions on use of the website, or other lawful action.

Nothing in this section restricts a customer's legitimate right to dispute an unauthorized or genuinely problematic transaction.

The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, service providers involved, security practices, and applicable privacy rights.

Bookworm Bliss may update these Terms as the website, products, technology, business operations, or applicable requirements change.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable federal law, without limiting consumer protections that may apply based on a customer's location.
